The staff were all very helpfull and well trained. The breakfast was well presented and buffet well maintained.
The hotel rooms offer the bare minimum. Very much one step up from a formula 1 hotel. I would expect a little extra to the rooms as far a decor go. Although the bathrooms are spacoius, it is rather bare and has no warmth to it in feeling.

Clean room.
Hotel staff were disorganised on check-out. I waited at reception for a while (there is no bell??), only to see the chef getting dressed behind the door. When he came out he ignored me & I said "excuse me?" & he murmered that someone will help me now, but no-one came. Also, upon check in, there was no-one to help me with my bags??? Even after I asked if there was a lift.

The location is excellent.
When booking in the hotel reception had no record of my booking on their system - fortunately did I take a printout of my Booked.net booking confirmation with. Only one set of towels were available - we had to request a second set twice. The rooms facing the front of the hotel (direction of Gallagher Conference Venue) experience plenty of noice from passing pedestrians till early in the morning. The restaurant staff honestly seriously lack communication skills - one would ask a questions and get no response - not even a confirmation - we wanted to know more about the menu items and no one could help us - needless to say we opted for a restaurant elsewhere.

Besides, the location was particularly good and unbeatable for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Siemens. The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a nice area. There was a wide array of food for breakfast, it was nice!
